Quick thought

So, Satan became Satan because he wanted to be God, even though he was just a creation, and now because of his sin he’s down in Hell

And then we come along, who are called to be God’s Children, which unless I’m wrong pretty much makes us above where Lucifer was before he became a butt head.

I wonder if he was/is ever jealous of us, and thus tries to pull us down saying “Why do you get to have what I didn’t get to have? I’m taking you down with me.”

Jesus even calls us friends, and I don’t know of many friendships where there was a hierarchy in terms of relation [because obviously there’s a huge step in power].

So Satan = sore sore loser
